Return Policy

We hope you will be very pleased with the goods you order from us however, in the unlikely event you wish to change your mind you have the statutory right to a cooling off period of 14 days under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. This starts as soon as you place the order and ends 14 days from the day you receive the items.

If you wish to return any items please contact us during this 14 day period, then you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

If you change your mind within that period you can return the goods ( in the condition you received them ) for a full refund. The return postage is your responsibility.

If goods are posted and you are not at home when delivery is attempted it is likely that the goods will be left in your local post office sorting office if sent by Royal Mail. If you do not collect your goods within the specified time frame, usually 1 week for signed for or 3 weeks for unsigned for and the parcel is returned to us, we will of course refund the cost of the goods however, will have to deduct the cost of post and packing from the original price paid.

In the unlikely event of you receiving defective goods, they should be returned unused and as soon as possible (within 30 days ) for a full refund/replacement and postal expenses.

If you are not satisfied with the performance of our goods, return them in their original condition ( i.e.clean and not misshapen ) for a full refund.

We cannot accept used and damaged goods for a refund unless there is an obvious defect.
